The place doesn't look like the advertisement. The wall between my room and next door was so thin that I could hear and feel the people having sex, with their bed and headboard right against it. There are women waiting at what is basically a motel to have sex with guys.

The male receptionist was helpful whenever I needed assistance. My experience with the female receptionist was very different: when I asked for help with the urn, she shouted at me in the lobby in front of other guests. I don't know if she treated me that way because I'm Zimbabwean, but customer care is essential for that job, and I don't think she's suited to it.

This place spoiled my whole weekend. It was a Mother's Day gift, but what I found looked like a brothel, nothing like the advertisement. I wouldn't even sit on the couch, it had white stains all over it. There wasn't a single piece of cutlery for self catering, and the area might as well be Hillbrow. This feels like a lie to take your money. I want a full refund, and I'm going to report it to the tourism board as a clear case of false advertising.

My stay at Inn & Out Sandton was amazing. The room was clean, comfortable, and just as described, and check-in was smooth. Everyone on staff was welcoming, professional, and ready to help. The location felt safe and quiet, with easy access to the airport and city. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Johannesburg, and I'll definitely return.
