My hubby and I had a facial and full body massage, then spent the night. The staff were very friendly, and it felt like we'd gotten away from Joburg. I had a lovely, relaxing time and would definitely come back.

The massages were out of this world, done properly and with the effect they were meant to have. It felt so peaceful that you'd hardly know you were still in the city, a perfect spot for a mini sh't left from life's hustle and bustle. Our host answered every query quickly, and breakfast was simple but delicious. I'd suggest faster wifi without disconnections, and more breakfast choices for people who don't eat pork.

A sweet escape from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were clean and neat, and Moses welcomed us warmly and made sure we had what we needed. Good customer service.

The place itself is beautiful, but the staff were extremely rude. We arrived early for a spa appointment and waited 15 minutes at reception, where there was a bell. A woman told us, "They will attend you," then left. Ten minutes later, another woman asked why we hadn't filled in the documents in front of us. Nobody had told us to do that. When they eventually took us to the spa rooms, the ladies hurried us into gowns and treated us with attitude. We couldn't understand why they were being rude. They didn't explain anything while working on us, covered our feet in plastic, then left us there for about 15 minutes without a word.
