Thulani made the breakfast experience extra nice. He was friendly, attentive and always smiling, and made sure everything was taken care of. The buffet was excellent, with plenty of fresh, well-prepared choices, from hot dishes to pastries, fruit and cereal. Everything was beautifully laid out, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Highly recommended if you’re after a quality breakfast and great service.

Fiona at the front desk welcomed us so warmly and made check-in smooth and efficient. Everyone we dealt with was lovely and genuinely helpful. The Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel is modern, comfortable and well maintained, and our room was spotless. The service was outstanding throughout. We hope to visit again soon.

Thulani looked after us throughout the meal, and his manager Shakira made sure everything ran smoothly. Both were warm and welcoming, and the service was professional. The food was full of flavor and beautifully presented, while the atmosphere felt elegant but relaxed. We had a fantastic dining experience at the Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel restaurant. Compliments to the whole team, we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

The hotel’s location in Sandton City made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. We had a smooth, efficient check-in, and the rest of the stay was outstanding. Precious at the front office deserves a special mention. Her warm, professional and attentive service made us feel valued, and really turned a good stay into an unforgettable one. Definitely worth booking again on a trip to Sandton. Highly recommended!

At the reception desk, Nirushka was so warm and welcoming. It was my first time at the hotel, and the way she helped me put me at ease. I was very happy with her service, five stars.
