Being right in town meant we could easily walk to the restaurants and shops for our weekend stay. At night, though, it was very noisy because a nightclub is right next to the building. The corridor lights also shine into the bedroom all night, so blackout blinds would help.

This lovely apartment is central and has everything you need. Street noise was manageable because the bedroom is on the other side, but drunken people coming back to bed between 10 pm and 4 am were very disturbing. The bedroom is next to the stairs and walkways. If you're one of the party people, it's absolutely perfect. That's why I didn't give it five stars.

For being close to the buzz in Stellenbosch, this is the apartment to stay in. The decor is amazing, and it's extremely well thought out and equipped with everything you might need. We walked to lunch and to our dinner restaurant, with lots of cafes and wine bars right outside.

The room and facilities are beautiful. It's a little small, but the comfort and location more than make up for that.

Right by Church Street, and in my view the best place in Stellenbosch. It does get pretty noisy at night.
