Allen was so patient with the kids, showing them how to feed the lion and white tiger cubs and letting us play with them as long as we wanted. That interaction was a real highlight 😊 We had a great time seeing the predators. The park seemed organised and informative, and everything was clean and well maintained. Would recommend a visit ☺️

We brought international tourists here and were told we could pay and pet the cubs after a school group finished its tour. Once that group was done, they said other groups had to go first, so we wouldn't get to interact with the cubs after all. They should have been upfront from the start. Don't go here, it was a total waste of time. Rather visit Mystic Monkeys and feathers in Bela Bela.

This was the worst service we've had here, and we've been coming for years, back to when we could still hold the Honeybadger in our arms. My brother and his fiance went for an interaction, which we've done many times before, so we left them to have some bonding time. Their guide, who I think had only been there about six months, rushed them constantly and kept saying other people were waiting, even though the place was quiet and some guides were sitting on their phones. We could see them through the wooden poles. He handed my brother's fiance the baby lion, then took it back less than three seconds later. She barely got to touch the cub, and it was her first visit. We always bring new people here. We complained at reception, and the man there understood. He spoke to another guide who was on his phone, and they said the guide with more than ten years' experience would take them through properly. But when that guide came, he only made excuses and sounded irritated. He said if he took them out, he'd have to take other people out again too. One person tells us one thing, another says something else. How is that good customer service? It felt like other customers' money mattered more than ours, even though we were already paying guests. We'd been understanding before, but this was unacceptable. Absolutely terrible.

Such a lovely place to spend time with your family.
