It’s a house in a residential part of Victoria Falls, not far from the actual falls. They offer shuttle services, plus breakfast and supper if you need them.

We booked a December stay on Hotels.com with the reserve now, pay later option and the ability to cancel. The hotel charged us anyway. We cancelled within a week, but they never refunded us, and they haven’t responded to Hotels.com either. The matter is now being escalated. Please be aware of this scam!

The rooms were in poor shape, and what I found didn’t match the expectations created by the website or promotional material. From the moment I arrived, the staff were rude and unprofessional, and couldn’t handle even simple requests. I got the impression they didn’t care at all about customer satisfaction. Facilities advertised were either missing or completely inadequate. It was one of the worst stays I’ve had. I strongly advise people to avoid this place and book elsewhere.
