The buffet restaurant has a broad selection, and the dishes were flavorful and well prepared for different preferences. The sauna was well maintained and relaxing, and the pool area was beautiful and clean. Service was another strong point at Atana Hotel Dubai. The staff were courteous and efficient, especially Hany, who works in reception and room service. His kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and readiness to help made a real difference to my stay. The hotel combines good facilities with a strong service culture, and I’d highly recommend it to visitors to Dubai.

There’s a swimming pool, gym, and sauna, and it’s easy to get around: the hotel has a free shuttle to JBR beach and shopping malls, the metro is a 10-minute walk away, and taxis are easy to order. Breakfast and dinner buffets are generous, with plenty of dishes and enough nourishing choices for vegetarians. The staff are courteous and accommodate requests, which makes this 4-star hotel easy to recommend for a comfortable stay in Dubai. One improvement would be clearer labels for vegetarian and vegan dishes. F

The breakfast was tasty, with a good choice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to Laxman from housekeeping for the excellent service, and to the whole Atana team for making our holiday so enjoyable. The pool is really nice and stays open until 10:00 pm. I’d have liked it and the sauna to stay open until midnight, though the current hours are fine. The location is great, within walking distance of the metro, and the complimentary shuttle to the beach and shopping centres was a pleasant surprise.

Our luggage was delayed, so it was a relief that it was delivered while we were out exploring the city. We landed at 7 in AUH and were able to check in by 11am. The staff were great, and having interconnected rooms was a real bonus. The buffet breakfast at Olive Restaurant was the best. In my opinion, the venue for the dinner buffet on the 1st floor wasn’t as nice.

The property itself was good, but the food was very poor. We had full board and still ended up ordering food from outside. Lunch and dinner were both bad, not the quality I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. I’d suggest booking just the room and breakfast.
