The part that has really worn me down is getting nowhere with management or the owner. I've contacted them several times over the last four months, but nobody has replied or come by. The apartment is supposedly covered by a one-year warranty, which hasn't helped. You can come see apartment 105, overlooking the pool, for yourself. I moved into this brand-new, previously unoccupied apartment four months ago and found problems right away: the refrigerator doesn't work properly, and neither does the electronic door lock or the garden door lock, among other things. I can accept that things break, but maintenance visits haven't fixed anything. They only said the fridge and locks would be replaced. I didn't want to leave a bad review and have been patient, but it feels like nobody cares. I've lived in several Dubai buildings and never had this happen. With such good facilities in a new building, I never expected to regret choosing it.

The amenities space is the best part for me. It's spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with room to unwind, spend time with others, or just relax. The building offers a nice mix of comfort and lifestyle, and feels like a good fit for anyone wanting convenience with a bit of luxury.

Laya Heights feels fresh and stylish, with modern, elegant design throughout. The facilities are top-class, and the place strikes a lovely balance between comfort and luxury. A great place to live.
