Never staying here again. The toilet in our room wouldn't flush, and nobody fixed it during the three days we were there. We also had to wash the dishes ourselves. Breakfast was lousy. They charged us an extra 21% tax when we paid by credit card, saying only residents have to pay it. Worst hostel in mendoza!

The breakfast was pretty good, and the crepes were delicious, though they aren't pancakes. Staff were friendly, and there were lots of activities at the hostel and outside it, all at very affordable prices. The beds weren't the best, but that helps explain why it's so inexpensive. I like meeting people from around the world, so I'd recommend it if you want to socialize and don't mind giving up some comfort and privacy.
The phone staff were friendly and respectful, but the booking process was disorganized and inefficient. They kept us waiting for the boss's authorization and didn't answer our emails or calls, so we couldn't confirm the reservation. By the time our travel date got close, the room was already taken and they offered no alternative. We'd checked availability well in advance because we needed a twin room for three weeks for work.
