Wine Aparts

Room 12 is right on the street and very loud. We couldn’t switch to another room, so after a sleepless night we checked out. Breakfast was just coffee and bread. There may be potential here, but you get what you pay for.

The rooms are old and run down, and the service was awful. The price doesn’t match what you get.

The place didn’t look like the photos. After handing over the key, we didn’t see anyone for four days. One night I had a cold shower, and the owner said that couldn’t be right because nobody was there to turn on the water heater. I had to stay an extra night when my flight changed, and she charged me 65,000 pesos, though the other nights had cost 49,000 pesos. There weren’t even glasses or a kitchenette, and breakfast wasn’t included. A disaster, I don’t recommend it. When I left, I had to toss the key out a window because there was nobody to hand it to.

The place was neglected and smelled musty, and there were cockroaches. We’d paid for a two-bedroom apartment with a dining room, but on arrival the receptionist said her boss handled reservations and put us in a tiny, cramped room that looked nothing like the listing photos. The Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room, the linens smelled awful, there was no parking or bidet, and we didn’t even try the breakfast because it looked terrible. It was ridiculously expensive for such a disaster. Not worth the money, and I’d never go back.
