The kids’ area was a real highlight for us. Our child could happily spend a couple of hours there, making the stay much more relaxing for us as parents. We also loved the clean, well-maintained pool and wellness area, and the sauna was a great extra after a day in the snow. FIRSTpeak Zauchensee was a wonderful stay in every respect. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and the location right beside the ski area was extremely convenient. Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality products and lots of variety. The hotel is beautifully designed and well organized, and suited both families and couples. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zauchensee, especially those travelling with children.

This place is amazing. The suites have kitchens and everything is new. Dinner is fantastic, and they serve it quickly. At other hotels dinner can take two hours, but here you can be finished in 30 minutes if that’s what you want, which I liked. The lift is across the street. The spa is small but cosy, and the 65-degree biosauna is amazing.

The staff were very good, especially in the restaurant. The waitress serving dinner was particularly great. Housekeeping could have been better, though, and we also heard quite a bit of noise from hotel staff staying on the second floor. We were in room 308, which was a disappointment. It faced the neighboring hotel’s kitchen, with kitchen noise from 7 to 11 and again from 16 to 23.

We had a great time here on our summer trip. The hotel sits in a beautiful spot with a wonderful view, and the staff were very kind and helped us with everything. Our room was modern and minimalist, and the kitchen was fully equipped.
