We stopped for lunch while our kids were skiing on the small slope opposite. We’d noticed the sunny balcony and were glad to hear non-hotel guests could eat there too. Bela, our server, was very friendly, and both the drinks and lunch were delicious. The mountain views are awesome. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re there.

As an English tourist on a ski holiday, I stayed five nights with half board. The food was brilliant, with three choices every day and always something for everyone, plus a good drinks selection, salad bar and cheese platter. The staff were so friendly, and I got to know everybody. FANTASTIC HOTEL! Thanks, hotel Elisabeth, can't wait to come back!!

The room was clean and proper, with the basic amenities, though no watercooker. I couldn’t use the sauna after skiing because it closes early. Making fresh fruit juice at breakfast is great, but cappuccino isn’t included, just regular coffee.

The service and food were both amazing. There are four different saunas and two pools, one indoors and one outdoors. Amazing hotel.
