Hotel Post Ischgl

The pool and spa area is something else, and you can ski right up to within a meter of the front door. We stayed at the most expensive hotel in the entire silvretta arena last year, though I won't name it, and Hotel Post is BETTER. This is our first time here, but what a hotel.

We’ve been here once already, and we’ll definitely come back. Everyone on the hotel team was warm, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are lovely, the food is fabulous, and the location is great. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic week at Hotel Post, with excellent service from the moment we arrived until we left. Roman at reception deserves a special thank you: he went out of his way with information and every question or request, and seemed genuinely happy to help. Alex looked after us in the restaurant with the same warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. The housekeeping, reception, and restaurant teams were all cheerful, kind, and efficient. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable, with a beautiful mountain view. The food was 10/10 for presentation, variety, and quality. There was plenty at breakfast and the salad bars, and the special starter and dessert buffets were an extra treat. We also went on a couple of guided walks with Michael and Jonas, and breakfast on the mountain was something special. After hiking, the spa was just right for relaxing. They even gave us water for the journey home. Wunderbar!

The dining was a real highlight for me. The restaurant served excellent gourmet food, especially the daily cheese platter, and we also enjoyed the atmosphere and drinks at Bar67. The other restaurant, Ursprung, served very good food too. In the evenings there was entertainment at the bar, including music bands. Sneak a Peek were truly excellent. The welcome apéro made for a warm, lively atmosphere, and Michael, the hotel's ski expert, came by each evening with local tips and offers of ski tours for the next day. I stayed at Hotel Post in Ischgl with my husband and daughter. Our suite had plenty of room for the family, was spotlessly clean, and had a great mattress and high-quality bedding that made for restful nights. The staff were professional, attentive, and efficient, always helpful with a friendly smile. We also made good use of the impressive spa, with indoor and outdoor pools, lots of saunas and hammams, daily Flo’s Aufguss sauna infusions and peeling treatments, plus daily yoga sessions. It was a memorable stay and I'd highly recommend it.
