Limehome Linz Hopfengasse

The flat was well equipped and clean, and lots of amenities and sights were easy to reach. But I stayed in summer and wouldn't recommend it then. It might be okay in spring, autumn, or winter. The main road below was incredibly noisy day and night. The bedroom's French window wouldn't open fully, so I couldn't get fresh air at night. I often kept it shut because of the traffic, which left the flat hot. There's no air-conditioning, only a fan. When I tried leaving the bedroom door open for air, the bright escape route sign in the living room kept me from sleeping. The shower head could use some maintenance too.

The online check-in instructions never reached me, and there was no check-in desk or phone number at the hotel. The online hotline didn't respond during check-in hours. If things go wrong, Limehome won't reimburse you. You could end up with a lot of trouble and no room, so choose another hotel if you don't want to risk losing your time and money.

The one-bedroom apartment had plenty of space, a complete kitchen, and a washing machine, and everything was clean. Everything worked well. The only downgrade was the road-facing apartment: traffic was loud, though not all the time. I'd rate it 4 out of 5.

We were given access to someone else's apartment, so the rooms aren't safe. After traveling, nobody wants to find themselves in another guest's apartment. The service didn't even apologize or get back to us, and we're still trying to get our money back. An absolute disaster of a company.
