A beautiful, clean and peaceful place, really nice for a holiday.

We always feel at home when we come back to Landhaus Maria, owned by the Kröll family in Mayrhofen. We've been regular guests for years, in summer and winter. The garden is lovingly landscaped and a real paradise for children. The hosts are warm and welcoming, and care for this traditional house with such attention to detail that their dedication and passion are easy to see. The apartments are perfectly organized, spotlessly clean, and superbly equipped, with nothing missing. The location is wonderfully quiet on a residential street, yet the town center, Ahorn and Penken cable cars, and Spar supermarket are just a few minutes' walk away. We're always comfortable here and already looking forward to our next visit!

The Kröll family are incredibly welcoming and especially good with children ❤️. In the cozy cellar lounge, you can get together with the hosts in summer or winter and enjoy a beer or two. We've always felt right at home and can wholeheartedly recommend the house and the family. Landhaus Maria is a charming house in Mayrhofen, over 200 years old and with a fascinating history. The location is central and very quiet, on a low-traffic street: Spar is a 5-minute walk away, as are Ahornbahn, Penkenbahn, and the town center, while the bus stop is 1 minute away. The huge garden is child-friendly, with a trampoline, swing, and slide. There are apartments in several sizes, and we've seen almost all of them. They've been or are being renovated and are modern and comfortable, with excellent amenities including an oven, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, several TVs, and a vacuum cleaner.
