Getting into the room with a code was convenient, since we didn't have to keep track of keys, and the city was easy to reach. The stay was okay overall. The building door couldn't be locked and got stuck one day, which made the place feel a bit less safe. The heating was far too high when we arrived, and support wasn't much help with the problems we had.

The rooms were clean, and guest cards for public transport were provided, though ours arrived during the first night. Getting to the room means passing three code-locked doors: the front entrance, corridor, and room. The building is beside a very busy street, but it quiets down at night, and closing the window blocks most of the noise. Sound insulation between rooms isn't very good. Public transport makes it easy to get around.

Honestly, you get what you pay for, but they could still clean better. The bed linen was filthy, with a blood stain, and the walls did nothing to block the noise. There wasn't a fridge either. Europe is expensive, so maybe this is what the price gets you, but this place was disgusting.

The entrance was poorly lit and didn't feel very welcoming. The hotel shares the building with offices for different companies and a few residents, and it's close to a busy street. The room itself was quite nice, with modern furniture and a bathroom. Check-in and check-out were easy.

There are two grocery stores and a few restaurants nearby, and the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. You don't get lots of extras for the price, but a fridge and a few cups and utensils are all I need. It's about a 40-minute walk to the town center, or a 10-minute tram ride. Take public transport, it was wonderful, and the day pass isn't very expensive. For Salzburg, this is probably one of the best value hotels. Honestly, it deserves a higher score.
