Aviano Boutiquehotel

Sofia made such a difference to our family trip. She handled several requests smoothly and took care of unexpected needs with real kindness and efficiency. The whole team was warm, professional and attentive. Aviano Hotel is charming, well maintained and in a perfect spot. We had a wonderful stay, and the care from the staff made it especially memorable.

Breakfast was a fresh, simple start to the day, and the staff were such a friendly, helpful part of the stay. They clearly cared and made an extra effort for us. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable after long days out. Everything is right in the middle of things, which made exploring easy. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place earned five stars from me. I'd happily come back.

The breakfast was decent, though the same spread came out every day. My son ate plenty each morning, so it wasn't a problem for us. Parking is available in two nearby garages. It's not cheap, but the hotel gives you a discount. The reception being on the top floor was a funny change from the usual, and there's an elevator to get there. We stayed nearly a week with family during a business trip. The small hotel takes up two levels, a few metres off Kartnerstrasse. The location worked perfectly, and our large, clean room had good AC, a nice view and little noise. Staff were friendly and sorted out my odd invoice questions, thanks! A pleasant stay, especially if you want a central spot with quieter surroundings and a break from chain hotels.

For our wedding anniversary, the staff helped arrange flowers and wine in the room before we arrived, and they kept in touch and helped us throughout. They were warm and friendly, which made this one of our best hotel stays. The room was beautiful, roomy and very clean. The location was hard to beat.
