Gastezimmer Puzwidu

The kitchens were horribly greasy and dusty, with food left behind in the refrigerators. There were rodents in the overgrown greenery around the guesthouse buildings, too. My room was dirty, and staff were either unavailable or rude and unhelpful. There was no cleaning service or towel replacement. Even electricity for the washing machine had to be requested from the elderly woman at reception, who could refuse for no valid reason.

It was quiet, which suited me, and the countryside around the place is lovely. Public transport makes it easy to reach the main train station and St. Stephen's Square, even though the hotel is a little outside the center. Free street parking was a rare bonus in Vienna. The room had plenty of space and what I needed, and it was clean enough. I liked the firm mattress, though anyone who prefers a softer bed might not.

Free parking is available if you come by car, but remember to book it ahead. The staff were really friendly, everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Our little room was nice, and changing the towels yourself when needed is a thoughtful touch. The center takes a bit more than 25 minutes by public transport. We'll be back! :)

I had a table but no chair, and the room was filthy. The floor was so dirty that after walking around in white socks for an afternoon, they were gray and black by bedtime. The pillows and shower were dirty too. There are plenty more problems, but I’m not spending my evening writing a novel about a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it and never will. Sincerely, Dimitrije ❤️
