I wouldn’t recommend booking here. I reserved through Booking and the payment was taken automatically. I later canceled the trip free of charge under the service, but getting the money back turned into a problem, and Booking had to step in. The owner asks for 250 euros as damage insurance. I’m relieved we didn’t pay it, because I doubt I would have seen that money again.
I canceled through Booking.com within the allowed period, but the hotel still took the full stay cost. Booking.com ended up refunding me after the hotel failed to properly answer my emails for 14 days. Really unserious, and it felt dishonest. I can’t recommend this hotel.
