The room was quite large, with a fridge, a small stovetop, and a nice view. We didn’t hear a thing from the hallway or nearby rooms, though I’m not sure whether anyone was staying around us. We had no problems here.

I was delighted with how clean, warm, and spacious everything was at Christmas. The bed linen and towels were fresh, the mattress was comfortable, and the shower was clean with good pressure. The apartment had all the utensils we needed, an electric stove, refrigerator, kettle, and capsule coffee maker, with coffee and tea waiting on arrival. The TV had YouTube, Netflix, and cable channels. There was even a nice mirror by the entrance and a magnifying one in the bathroom. The coded door lock made getting in easy. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

I booked five rooms, and the air conditioning in one of them didn’t work. I contacted the staff by WhatsApp and email, but their replies didn’t solve anything. They said the AC couldn’t be set more than 3° below the room temperature, though I tried everything and the other rooms worked fine. That room was still scorching. Then they asked me to check that the windows were closed. Of course they were. They also claimed the apartment’s air conditioning had reached its energy-saving limit for the night. Does that mean if they have 30 rooms, they can only run half of them? They said they’d send someone to check, but nobody came. Later they claimed it was fixed, even though I was in the room and no one had visited. Then they said they’d come the next day, when I’d already be gone. Ridiculous service and answers, and I felt they were lying.

The location is great, but the management kept giving our group misleading answers. First they said every room was full, then they offered another room after one had a broken AC, even though they’d said that room was occupied. That was the first lie. We asked them to check or repair the air conditioner. They said they had inspected it and found nothing wrong, but my brother was in the room all day and said nobody came or even knocked. That was the second lie. When we complained on WhatsApp, they blamed the AC problem on the window not closing and a temperature difference, among other things, but none of it helped. We spent our whole stay without AC, and no one came to check. I hope whoever replies to complaints learns to give smarter answers next time.
