Zeus Design Apartments Unique #36

It’s practically a basement apartment, and that may explain the constant, very unpleasant smell. The windows are opaque, so there’s no view through them, though that’s a small issue given they face a courtyard with garbage cans. None of this was mentioned in the description, and if I’d known, I wouldn’t have rented it. The one upside is that it doesn’t get too hot, but who wants to stay in a basement? The price feels way out of proportion for what you get. I don’t recommend it and won’t return.

Hietzing is easy to reach on foot or on the 51a bus, and Hofer and BILLA are only a minute away. The design looks cool, but being right on Linzerstraße means it’s noisy all the time. The bed squeaks whenever you move, and the place is worn out and needs renovation. Since you sleep right under the ceiling, I suspect summer could get really hot even with the air conditioning and fan. There’s only streaming TV, which may be difficult for older people.

Good value for money and an ideal place to stay. The tram runs right outside the building, so getting around is easy.

The floor was really dirty, but apart from that it was OK!
