Clean, simple, and easy to get around, with everything we needed. It has a real 70’s feel. Thanks, Mat, for being so welcoming and flexible with our kayaking needs. We’ll stay again when we’re back this way!

The staff were friendly, the place had a pleasant feel, and I had no complaints. My room was comfortable, and the linens and blankets smelled fresh, so I slept well each night. I stayed four nights, found the food satisfying, and felt right at home. I’d happily choose this motel again and recommend it.

The ski hire was a real plus, and the rooms were okay apart from a broken drawer, random socks under the beds, and a hole in the wall. I was here with a school group a few years ago. Breakfast and dinner were really bad, with white sausages and eggs that looked deviled. Not my best stay, but it wasn’t horrible.

After a long day, that comfortable bed was just what I needed. The room was clean and warm, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Meals were simple but hearty, and I liked the relaxed, welcoming feel. It’s a good-value place if you want comfort without fuss. I’d happily stay again.
