The apartments are close to all the amenities we needed and offer great value. The team at Gladstone Central Plaza looked after our crew exceptionally well while we were working away from home. Thanks for the outstanding hospitality, we’ll definitely be back soon.

It was a decent, clean apartment with town fairly close by. Having air conditioning in every room was a real plus in that humidity. The main bed felt a bit too soft for me, though that's down to personal preference.

Our car broke down, so we hadn't planned to stay in Gladstone, but Carl and the team made it easy. They were incredibly accommodating and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The room was clean and had a view of the ships, with the marina and east shores water park close by. We had a lovely stay, thank you!

The TV was the letdown for me. I was hoping to watch the F1 through my Kayo account, but ended up using my phone because the old set wouldn't connect to it, despite the information the motel texted saying it could. There was no cable TV either, so my streaming subscriptions weren't an option. The room itself was comfortable and clean, the location was great, and the undercover parking was much appreciated.

The apartment was a good size, and the location was great. I did notice some maintenance problems, though. Neither the main bathroom door nor the bedroom door latched properly. The ensuite room's door locked from the inside, and you needed a key to open it from the lounge, but we weren't given one. I wouldn't have thought that was legal in a motel. If it needs to lock from outside, a deadlock seems like it would be needed. Our sixth-floor apartment also had no shade or rain cover on its nice-sized but underused balcony. Those were fairly minor issues otherwise. The room was great, and I'd still recommend staying there to friends.
