The event felt easy to enjoy because the team took care of all the details. We hosted a family gathering at Kimberley Grande Resort, and their organization and support really took the pressure off us. Mayur and AK kept communication clear from the planning stage onward, stayed in touch throughout, and often thought ahead to what we might need. Huge thanks to both of them. Their day-to-day service really did live up to the hype, and I can’t recommend the resort highly enough.

The on-site coffee van in the early morning was a big plus, and I really enjoyed the pub meal too. I was there for a work trip, and the staff were friendly and happy to help. The room had everything I needed. Excellent stay!

The rooms were okay, I guess, but the meal was the worst I can remember. I paid $38 for a tiny piece of barramundi under crumb that looked completely burnt, with six asparagus spears and a small serving of overcooked chips. Mash wasn't available. My partner's seafood pasta was pretty poor as well. I’m disappointed they served it, and also annoyed with myself for not asking for a replacement. I rarely write reviews, but felt I had to share this. Do yourself a favour and eat somewhere else.

I used to think of this as the place for a special meal back in 2017. Now, in 2026, the $35 grand burger was extremely salty, and the $52 steak came out rare. At those prices, I’d go to the Pump House for a special meal instead.

We’ll definitely stay again. The rooms were spacious and really clean, the food was fantastic, and the staff were amazing.
