It was quiet and peaceful, with friendly, helpful staff and good value for money. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the bathroom was dated but well kept. There’s ample parking, though spaces aren’t allocated. We didn’t get room service, possibly because of the public holidays, but no one mentioned that at check-in. Free foxtel and wifi are included. I’d stay here again, and the central location was excellent.

The service alone would bring me back. My room was spacious, very clean, even the carpet, and had a comfortable bed, better than other motels I’ve stayed in. The location worked perfectly for my visit to somebody at Mackay Base hospital.

There’s a breakfast bar and a pool on location, but no evening meals. Getting to the rooms is easy, and they’re basic but clean. I was told there’d be no daily service, though my towels were changed each day, which was a bonus for me.

A good location, with dining and a supermarket easy to get to, and the price was fair. The accommodation and service were excellent.

We had a lovely night here. The service was very nice, and our room had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed.
