Caroline Serviced Apartments Richmond

There are some really good restaurants close by, and the location was great. Our room was lovely, quiet, and comfortable, with car parking too. We’d definitely come back.

The apartments are lovely and new, check-in and check-out were easy, and the secure parking was great. I found the bed uncomfortable, though. It was two beds pushed together to make a king, so the middle edges were hard while the rest sank in. That could just be my preference. There was also a towel from the previous guests left on the back of the bathroom door, an easy thing to miss while cleaning.

We were lucky to get an upgrade to a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. It had modern decor, spacious rooms, and a lovely terrace overlooking the street. The Richmond location is great, close to tram stops and East Richmond train station. When our flight was delayed, the staff were very helpful in arranging an after hours check-in. They also stored our luggage after checkout, so we could enjoy our last day in Melbourne before going to the airport.

The location was a highlight, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all nearby. The apartments have comfortable rooms with all the amenities we needed, and the service was great. The staff were friendly. We absolutely loved our stay.
