The owner of the New Criterian gave my family a tour of the cellar just because I wrote in the guest book. That was awesome. The owner was so nice, and the buffet breakfast was amazing. I absolutely loved staying here and recommend it!

The owners, a couple, welcomed us warmly as soon as we arrived. I've stayed in lots of places, but never had hospitality like this. Our room was very clean, and breakfast and Wi-Fi were free. Parking was free too. Coles and restaurants are across the street. We weren't disappointed at all.

The rooms were clean and good, and we arrived late one evening to amazing, professional staff. There was a minor problem with the heat pump, but it was all sorted in the end.
