Check-in was easy, and even without a reception desk the staff replied quickly to messages. Parking is free, and the supermarket is within walking distance, which is a real plus. I booked a modern, nicely equipped 2-bedroom apartment. I liked that each 'room' could be closed off separately for privacy. It was clean, the bed was super comfy, and you can do laundry there too. I'd recommend staying here if you're heading towards hunter valley.

The rooms are beautiful, but the service was extremely poor. We booked two rooms and were put on different floors. Calls weren't answered and emails got no reply. After I called 8-9 times, the receptionist refused to help and spoke to me very rudely. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want a peaceful stay.

We'd been without power at home for two days and were told it would be another day before it came back. I rang around 2 pm, and they quickly arranged accommodation for us and gave us a discount. It's a beautiful apartment, close to everything. I highly recommend the accommodation and the business. Thank you again.

There's easy walking access into town, with a few good pubs and places to eat nearby. The studio apartments are near new, right next to Maitland station, and have plenty of room, a large bathroom, small kitchen and small balcony. Parking is available. The staff are nice, though you get the entrance code by email. Only downside was being woken early by forklifts at the plumbing centre next door, but what can you do.

The hotel is modern and in a great location, with big, clean rooms and a really comfy bed. The couch wasn't very comfortable, but we still enjoyed our stay. It's dog friendly, which is amazing, and we'd definitely come back.
