For $600 a night, I expected at least a clean apartment. Instead, there were fingerprints on tables, glass doors and windows, hair in both bathrooms, which badly needed scrubbing, and layers of dust in every room. I was disgusted and felt sick 🤮. I only took one photo showing how dusty it was, and regret not checking the reviews first. I’d never book it again.

We had a two-bedroom apartment, with comfy beds and everything we needed for a great stay. It was spacious, clean and tidy, and handy to Newcastle’s main streets. Reception staff were pleasant and very helpful. What a hidden gem, well worth staying at.

The unit was roomy and comfortable, and the facilities were good, but the cleaning fell short. During our four-day stay, the room was never serviced, so we got no fresh towels or linen. We didn’t see any staff, and reception wasn’t open. The gym was good, though the 7am opening and 8pm closing felt limiting. Longer hours would have helped.

The rooms were much larger than I expected and really clean. Kym was amazing and so helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Getting around was easy, with trains, buses and light rail nearby, and the price was very good. The apartment itself was fabulous, with large rooms, a huge balcony, good shower pressure and a fully stocked kitchen. Staff were friendly and explained how to check in late. I’d stay again next time I’m in Newcastle.
