The bed was great and the room was clean, though there were no plates. It felt very dated for the money, which was disappointing. Still, even right by the highway, I got a good night’s sleep.

Heartfelt thanks to Proserpine Motor Lodge for going above and beyond to help us through a difficult time last Friday. The rooms were immaculate, and a lovely fish and chip shop is within walking distance. They’re building more rooms now, with a restaurant to follow, and we look forward to staying in the finished rooms. We recommend Proserpine Motor Lodge.

The rooms are a little old, but very clean and well stocked, and the service was really good. The mattress was firm, yet I slept REALLY well. I also appreciated the orthopaedic pillows, which helped my neck, since motel pillows often leave me sore. The highway location is convenient, and I thought it was good value for money. A good stop while driving.

The room was nice to stay in. I only gave it four stars because the shower was so cramped. I'm a big bloke, and kept knocking the water off while trying to wash my legs.
