The host was really nice, and there’s onsite parking. The bathroom was spacious and had a heater, and the apartment also had Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, a fridge and a microwave. There’s no cooktop. I’d stay again if I visit Strahan. The IGA is within walking distance, and the town centre is a three-minute drive.

The apartment was spacious and in a good Strahan location, but the sleeping setup wasn’t what we’d booked. We asked for twin beds and got a king bed plus a fold-out sofa that was very uncomfortable. Annie had confirmed our request, so the service was very poor when it wasn’t delivered.

We had a lovely few days in Strahan, and the place was a really nice spot to stay. Our huge room had a terrace with views of the surrounding area. It was about a ten-minute walk to the harbour and five minutes to the supermarket for breakfast supplies. There was also a nice kitchen area, a living room, and a huge bathroom with a washing machine and heating lamp. That lamp was very comfy since it was cold during our visit. Thank you.

Annie made us feel welcome, and the room was spacious, spotless and warm. The bed was comfy, and the amenities were as described. It’s a great spot, about a ten-minute walk to where the Gordon River boats leave from. We had dinner at the bar at Hamers one night, good pub grub. Recommended for a stay in Strahan.

Annie was a very friendly host, and the price was most reasonable. Of the great places we stayed in Tassie, this one was our pick for all-round suitability: spacious, clean and comfortable, with a washing machine and dryer. Local restaurants and the pub are within stumbling distance. Recommended.
