Water was leaking from the shower in our room. We reported it to reception, but nothing was done. Breakfast was stale and exactly the same every day, and there were mold spots on the bread. They only brought new bread and offered it after we pointed that out. It’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but it barely deserves 2. I’ve never seen such a bad hotel. I’d warn everyone against staying here and falling into this trap.

Water from the next room overflows into mine. They don’t change the towels or clean the room unless you ask, and the breakfast is poor with little variety. The internet is weak in the rooms and almost nonexistent. The kitchen staff are unprofessional, talking among themselves while they work. To be fair, the reception staff were good. It’s supposed to be a five star hotel, but I’d give it one star.

Breakfast was the biggest letdown: the choices were very limited and exactly the same each day, nowhere near what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The furniture is basic, and the hotel itself is small with few services. To me, it doesn't merit more than three stars. The rating should be reviewed right away.
