The location is very good, but I wouldn't call this family friendly. The waiting area is large and has a sofa, though there aren't enough fans. The rooms look older and don't match the photos, and the walls are damaged. The TV wasn't available because it had problems. Since the building is under construction, there was a lot of unusual noise during the day, and construction materials covered the balcony. The corridors and stairs were unclear, the bathroom cleanliness was middling, and the water wasn't properly clean.

Getting there, finding food, and renting things nearby is easy thanks to the location. The place felt secure, had parking, and the room was fine. Staff behavior was good, there were no hidden costs, and it was budget friendly. A generator was available, though it could take a while. The view wasn't great, and the restaurant's food availability was unsatisfactory. The entrance is narrow, which can make driving in or out difficult, and the lift wasn't available because they were working on it.

The room was dirty, and the staff behaved disgustingly. I asked for an early check-in, but they wouldn't allow it even though they had lots of empty rooms. They charged 3500 Taka for a very basic room and didn't serve breakfast. We also got no towel, brush, or toothpaste, just shampoo, soap, and water.

Service was excellent both before arrival and during the stay, and the staff behaved very well. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, but what you get varies: some have a chair on the balcony and some don't, and some have a refrigerator while others don't. Food and restaurants are nearby.

The rooms are new, but I noticed a crack in the ceiling and dampness on the wall that had damaged the paint. At night, exterior light came through the opaque glass. I couldn't switch it off because the lighting was centrally controlled.
