Good surroundings and affordable, though the room service could be better.

The location works really well, with the ferry ghar and market within walking distance and good connections to other places. Some rooms have a nice port view. Rooms are small but clean and practical, the AC was great, and the wifi kept cutting out. At around T 2k, it's good value.

There's a quiet river behind the hotel, right on the riverbank. It's a typical middle-class residential hotel, with a restaurant downstairs. Prices are moderate and the staff service is much as you'd expect. The owner should pay more attention to cleanliness.

The owner was kind, and the rooms are furnished and air conditioned. My washroom was clean, and the window had a great view near launch ghat. It's a very good hotel, and I'd recommend it.
