The host was friendly and quick to respond, and the stay was really comfortable. We loved the tasteful, modern look of the property and stayed in a suite with a decent-sized room, a spacious bathroom, and a bathtub. It’s about a ten-minute walk to the centre. Our only drawback was being on the first floor with no elevator. Otherwise, absolutely fabulous.

Inside, the apartment feels like a luxury hotel, with lovely decor, quality fixtures and fittings, a super-comfortable bed, and a huge, gorgeous bathroom. You can walk to the main sights, bars, and restaurants within minutes. The apartment is on the first floor, though, and the stairs are steep. Getting the key was easy thanks to clear arrival instructions. It’s a pleasant 25-minute walk from the train station, with public transport or a taxi as easy options too. Thoroughly recommend!

Being close to the sights was the main plus. Most were only a 7-8 minute walk away. The room looked as described, and the owner answered our questions quickly and communicated well while we were dealing with the problems. There were serious cleanliness issues: urine in the toilet when we arrived, crumbs all over the floor from previous guests, a bug on the bed, and so much dust on the surfaces that our noses were stuffy when we checked out. The walls were very thin, so we heard every passing car and distinct conversations from people outside. The stairs up to the middle room were so steep it was almost impossible to get a large suitcase up. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with mobility issues or children. The kitchen and main living room were shared with other guests, or possibly the owner, which hadn’t been listed, and the area was generally messy. For the bug, urine, and other issues, the only compensation we got was having the 8euro tourist tax removed from our stay. I found that quite offensive given how extremely unclean the room was.

It felt like a second home, really cozy, and the bathroom was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable too. There was a lovely living room, though we didn’t have time to use it. Definitely 100% recommended.
