Right in the city centre, this is a great base for exploring the old city. It’s a cosy, quiet little boutique hotel, with small but nicely presented rooms. We were on the top floor and had a good view over the rooftops. The bed and linen were good quality, there was plenty of storage for a short trip, and the toiletries and fluffy clean towels were nice. They missed topping up the toilet paper one morning, but after we messaged the handy WhatsApp number, the rolls were brought up within minutes. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was basic but delicious, and the coffee came with a smile. Highly recommend.

The owners were kind and really helpful, and did a good job accommodating our two families, with four adults in each. This is a quiet boutique hotel close to the city centre. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was just as it should be.

Our third-floor loft room had great views and was really nice. The hotel is around a five-minute walk from the main attractions, shops, and canal. Continental breakfast is included, and there’s an elevator to the third floor. There’s no wheelchair ramp at the entrance. All rooms are non-smoking, and Wi-Fi is free.

The smell of fresh baked bread in the mornings made the place feel so warm and cosy. Veronika, Brend, and Hotel Botaniek were brilliant. The location was great, nothing was a problem, and our hosts welcomed us with laughs and helpful advice. Special thanks for giving us a lift when our taxi didn’t show up.
