A lovely place, with a spacious, clean room and easy communication with the host. The house is more than 500 years old and has been nicely renovated.

Very unfriendly! I'm very dissatisfied with how it's listed twice on Booking.com, once as “Guesthouse Vlamynckpoort” and again as “Apartment de luxe.” For instance, the “Guesthouse” shows as fully booked on October 5th, while the apartment listing still lets you book. The next day, you get a message saying the booking wasn't accepted, even though it still lets you book for that same day.

The owner was very friendly and always ready to help. The room was cozy, spacious, and clean, with a large bathroom. We found a Bruges guidebook in Spanish and two bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived. Tea or coffee was available daily, and the Grote Markt is very close. Highly recommended.

The rooftop terrace is a lovely bonus, and the living room is magnificent. A really nice apartment.
