We could do everything on foot because the location couldn’t be better. The main square is only a few steps away, and everything was extremely close. The reception team was kind and attentive. Brugge feels like a fairy tale, and we’ll be back many more times! ❤️🇧🇷

Right in the center, facing the Belfry, so the location was hard to beat. The rooms were excellent and the service was too. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Brugge.

Everything we wanted to see or eat was close by, and shopping was easy to get to as well if that’s your thing. The hotel itself was clean and roomy, with really comfortable beds. A great spot for a few nights.

We ended up calling the police before the owner would give us the room keys. He was having trouble getting Hotels.com to credit the payment for one of the three rooms we had booked, and even after we showed proof that we’d paid, he said it was our job to sort it out with the platform. Two rooms were paid for already, but he still refused to hand over the keys, leaving us outside close to midnight during a long European trip. Only after the police arrived did he give us the rooms. The next morning, Hotels.com acknowledged the mistake and sent the missing payment to the hotel. We never got a refund for the third room, though. We were told the card we’d used didn’t match the number in their system, which was absurd and frustrating. The place had serious condition and hygiene problems too. There were no outlets by the beds, dirty water sat in buckets in the hallways, and there was a mattress propped awkwardly against a wall in the lobby. We also saw a rat in one hallway. It was disgusting. This was the worst experience of our trip. The owner was arrogant and disrespectful, and the hotel felt poorly managed, with rude, unprofessional service that fell short of basic standards. I strongly advise people to avoid it.
