The front desk service was great, though the breakfast guy seemed a bit dodgy and wasn’t the best person to serve customers. Rooms were clean and spacious, but looked old and had a few things that needed attention. The location is good, just off the city center, so it’s quiet while still being close by.

The room was large, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the canal. It’s in a peaceful, lovely location, and I’d be happy to stay again. The shower could have been better.

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice, and the location was great. We had clean towels every day, plus a fridge and things to make drinks in the room. On arrival, the receptionist gave us a wonderful welcome and was really helpful with advice about what to see and do.

There was plenty of space to relax in this very spacious room, and it had a nice view. It also came with a kitchen sink, stove and microwave oven for use. I’d choose this hotel again if I came back.

The breakfast was the same every day, with fewer warm options than we’re used to, though I have to admit we’re spoiled. The street side was a bit noisy, and while the room was big and clean, the beds were much too soft. As an older couple, climbing into a slippery bath to shower wasn’t handy. I made it safer for myself by putting a towel in the tub.
