The bed was comfortable for two, the room was clean, and there was free parking. The welcome box had useful bits like coffee, tea, and a sponge. It’s close to Brugge, too. That said, even for two people the "Lord" Room was small, with very little space for belongings and nowhere to put clothes. There were no blinds to make it fully dark, and the sun sets very late and rises VERY early. There were many flies because of the horses. The AC didn’t work, so the room stayed warm all the time. And throughout the ENTIRE week we stayed there, people partied from early evening until late at night with super loud 90s Eurodance music.

Caution, this review is about the holiday accommodation "Huswell". The house is cozy and has a nice kitchen, but there’s noise all night from wednesday to sunday because of "De Blauwe Zaal Clubhuis" right next door. The "Tosca" room is especially bad since it’s right beside the bar, making it impossible to enjoy a quiet night there. This room shouldn’t be rented to holiday guests.

We found the setting calm and beautiful, and the room was clean and lovely. Check-in was simple too. We'd happily stay here again.
