The staff were kind and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around. My apartment, which I booked through booking.com, was modern, spacious, clean, and well organised. For the price, it was great value. If I come back to Brussels, this will be at the top of my list. I highly recommend it.

There was barely room to move, and we had to keep our clothes in our bags because there were no cupboards. The room itself was very clean, but small, and the bathroom was cramped, with no separate door. The same door served the bath and bathroom. Housekeeping came just once during our four-day stay, so our towels were changed only that day. There’s no hairdryer in the room either. You have to ask reception for one, and can use it for only two hours.

We could get almost everywhere on foot, with short tram rides when needed, and the location was hard to beat. Our room was spacious and just right. The people at the front desk were really friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

It’s quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. We could refill our plastic bottle with free water, too. The location is handy, about a five-minute walk from grand place, and good value for the money. The one small nuisance is having to collect and return the hairdryer at reception.

This worked well for a trip spent mostly out sightseeing, with a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Rooms are average in size and have basic amenities. Buses and trains are easy to reach, and the shopping centre and tourist attractions are within walking distance.
