Only 100 m from Brussels-Midi Station, with very helpful and nice staff. The hotel was clean and quiet, so we could enjoy our stay. It was very affordable and competitively priced for Brussels, with parking possible just outside. Breakfast is available on request. One thing to know: the rooms and the hotel felt very hot, even during the cold February.

Our room was spacious, and the bathroom and shower were clean, with linens provided. The hallways and elevators, though, felt cramped and claustrophobic. The A/C stopped working during our stay, and staff couldn't fix it. They suggested we sleep with the balcony doors open. With the train station and highway nearby, and a very active neighborhood around the corner, it was almost impossible to sleep that night. We weren't offered any compensation. As a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel especially safe walking in the immediate area, particularly after dark, or in the adjoining neighborhood.

The hotel seems recently renovated and felt fresh and very clean. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, with pastries and coffee. It was an easy walk to the city centre, about 15 minutes, and especially convenient for travel to or from Brussels Midi station. I had lots of luggage, so being right next to the station worked perfectly for me. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I only lasted one night, though I'd booked three. I'm not especially fussy, but the room reeked of cigarettes, the carpets were filthy, and dust covered the window frames. The walls were so thin I could hear the man next door screaming at someone on the phone for hours. It wasn't worth the price. I've stayed in worse places and minded less because the price matched. The front desk staff did seem very nice, though.
