I had everything I needed during my week there. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was how completely dark it was outside at night, especially when I wanted to go out alone.

The restroom was really uncomfortable, and the hair dryer didn’t work. A terrible stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The location was the one thing worth a star. We stayed in a first-floor family room that was badly maintained: the floor felt sticky, the lighting was dim, there were no toiletries, and the fridge didn’t work. There was even a hole in the ceiling stuffed with toilet paper. The upper single beds had very little headroom, and the stairs to them felt borderline dangerous. Getting in with the key code was inconsistent. When we needed help after 6 p.m., the emergency number didn’t work and nobody answered the after-hours line. We couldn’t get any assistance. The stay fell well short of what we expected.

The location was the one thing I liked. At over 100 EUR a night, I expected a lot more. The place was really dirty, with grime on the doors, walls, and floors; the bathroom smelled, and the shower had limescale. I could hear the people next door walking around and using the sink, and at night I heard mice or rats. Check-in was also a mess because they couldn’t find my reservation. I can’t recommend it. It isn’t cheap, and I’ve never stayed anywhere like this.

A great spot with good quality. I’d happily recommend it for either a business trip or a leisure visit.
