The pluma ibérica was the highlight for me, tender, full of flavor, and cooked just right. We also enjoyed the nachos alongside our drinks, and both the cocktail maison and the unusually original mocktail were well balanced. 't Zweerd has a warm, authentic feel, with friendly, efficient service that never felt fussy. Everything was fairly priced, and service was quick. A really enjoyable, relaxed meal.

The fries were a generous side, and the waitress was friendly and took good care of us. We first stopped by at lunchtime, then booked to come back that evening. The Rib Eye Steak was a good size, packed with flavor, and had no gristle, just a lovely piece of fat to enjoy. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it. My friend, who's been a butcher for 50 years, was very impressed too. Thanks very much.

Everything we ate was tasty, full of flavor, and cooked just right. They kept us warm on the enclosed patio with heaters and a blanket, and the service was top notch. We'd like to come back.

We had the Royal Pig and the Old Fashioned Pleasure, then finished with Apple Pie. The ingredients were top quality and everything was freshly cooked. The atmosphere and service were just as good as the food. What a great find, highly recommend!

The owner and staff were so lovely and looked after me and my two sons really well. Some of the friendliest people in Ypres. Great food too, and easily the best restaurant in town for us. We'll be back.
