I didn't expect to find such great accommodation in a small village like Byala. The rooms were clean and neat, the staff were friendly, and the sea view from the higher floors is fantastic. The interior has a bit of a Venetian palace feel. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Right in the town center, and everything was clean and tidy. The service was great too. Highly recommended if you're staying in Byala!

The breakfast was good, but the rooms' interior wasn't. For the price, the quality just doesn't measure up. The woman handling check-in was extremely rude. We found out card payment wasn't possible, and when I explained I needed to withdraw cash, she snapped that she didn't care and told me to come back when I had the money. She also got annoyed that I didn't know the room number. There was a number I hadn't noticed, and later it turned out nobody could tell whether it was a 7 or a 1. It didn't seem necessary anyway, since we couldn't have gone to the wrong room and there were no other guests besides us. Definitely not worth the money.
