The staff are amazing, extremely polite and very quick to help. There’s a wide choice of ways to relax, including pools, saunas, and an infrared sauna room. Some saunas being out of order was odd, since I go every other week, and a few have been down for more than a month. Still, it’s a great place to visit and unwind. 😌

The reception staff were sweet, polite, helpful, and professional, but the rest of the stay didn’t feel like a four-star hotel. The rooms were clean, though badly worn: stained floors and pillows, cigarette holes in the couch, water damage, and some black mold in the shower. Our room had only small curtains. With a building and large windows directly opposite, there was no way to get privacy. We had specifically booked and paid for one large bed, but got two singles that kept sliding apart even when pushed together. The spa was mostly out of order. The pool was open, but its water was cold despite being supposed to be very warm. The jacuzzi and fitness area were out of order too.

A street dog was in the hotel reception when I arrived, and the spa itself felt like a health hazard. It was dirty throughout, as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. Several sauna boards were broken, and wall tiles had fallen off and not been replaced. I won't be going back.

My visit to the spa was horrible. There was nobody at the spa reception to hand out towels or locker keys, and both the pool shower and the jacuzzi in the pool weren't working. Half the saunas were closed. The showers in that area had no cold water and no pressure. It was the same in the changing room, where the water was barely cold and had no pressure. There was no gel or shampoo, and the hair dryer made a worrying noise, like it was about to break.
