Huge suites, in a restricted, private area.

I was here for an event organized through work, and I don't think I'd pick this place for a celebration of my own. It felt cold in atmosphere, and the waiters seemed bored and grumpy. They'd drop the plates off and clear them without checking if we'd finished, just moving on to the next course. The food was mixed. The appetizers were tasty, apart from the zucchini, which were soggy and chewy, as if they'd been breaded the day before and stored in the fridge. The roasted peppers were great, and weren't marinated. The salad seemed to have been chopped well in advance. Maybe that happens when you're serving 300 guests, but I still found it unacceptable. The main course was ordinary. The meat was cooked long enough to be tender without drying out, but I didn't like the slightly floury-tasting sauce. The potatoes were cold and under-seasoned, while the carrots and the single broccoli sprig were pleasantly sweet. Dessert seemed like the best dish. I expected a “wow” experience from “Boyana Residence”, but...
