Hotel Favorit

It’s an alright hotel, and the room prices reflect its three-star level, so don’t expect luxury. The location is great, and staff were helpful when I asked for something. My main issue was noisy neighbors, who were yelling. I believe they were Russians living there long term. The bed sheets were too short and kept sliding off, the shower pressure on the fourth floor was weak, and the slippers they provide are garbage.

We spent the winter holidays in Sofia, and everything in the room worked perfectly. It was clean and comfortable, with working heating and hot water. The location is good, near the metro and tram, and the receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very clean, and there were enough toiletries. It’s a nice place to stay, with the train and bus station a 10 minute walk away and the metro 5 minutes away. Reception staff were kind and easy to talk to, and answered all our questions about transport and where to eat.

I stayed for 12 nights and had a very pleasant time at Hotel Favorit. The large bed was so comfortable that I wanted to stay in longer after waking up. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean by the Chambermaids and well stocked in the bathroom. Receptionists were very welcoming and helpful, and I’m sure I’ll return. Thanks to all the staff at the Hotel Favorit! 🙂 The location is ideal. Central Railway and Bus Stations are just around the corner, and many good restaurants, stores, and places of interest are an easy walk away. Trams, busses, and the Metro system are all within a 5 minute walk. Tickets cost next to nothing, and the Metro trip from Sofia Airport takes only around 30 minutes, if that. Getting there was so easy.
