The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with big windows and a Nespresso machine. Breakfast was excellent, and there was even a free happy hour with drinks and snacks. The location is central and convenient, and the front desk service was fantastic. A great choice in Sofia, with nothing but good things to say.

Breakfast is great, and the staff are super friendly. The style is what makes it, though: at first it looks really old, and, well, it is, but it's got real character. It feels cozy, like being at your grandparents' house.

Diana at reception was the best part of our two nights in Sofia. She was so kind and made us feel welcome, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is in a perfect spot, and was clean and comfortable. Thanks again!

Service was good, and breakfast was standard. The room felt warm and was a bit noisy from water sounds. The air conditioning didn't work very well.

We really enjoyed the Bulgarian wine at happy hour, and the breakfast selection was great. Our room was good, the service friendly, and the hotel is perfectly placed for visiting Sofia. Loved our stay.
