Being able to park on the street right in front without an extra charge was a plus, and the staff were kind. But the rooms need more attention to cleanliness. There were stains on the curtains, a cigarette burn in the bedding, and a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Better hygiene would have made the stay much more enjoyable.

A clean, budget-friendly place with exceptionally polite staff. There’s a convenience store across the street, and it’s just a stone’s throw from a major public transport hub. A smart way to stay without spending too much.

Our room was old and dirty, nothing like the booking photos, and it hadn’t been cleaned even though we arrived later. The receptionist did little or nothing to sort it out. Customer service was really bad. I don’t recommend it.

For Sofia, the value for money is perfectly reasonable, with a good location and nice staff. At this price, don’t expect a 4-5 star experience. If you can, choose a studio instead of a double room.

We were here for a few hours on our last day, and everything was perfect. The room was clean, the people were really friendly, and the price was the cheapest we found in Sofia for such a nice area. Thank you.
